The database has several sections such as metabolome, genome variation, or genome sequence. This time, we updated metabolome section and genome variation section. Update Details Metabolome We released distributions of concentrations about 43 metabolites identified by NMR in 15,403 volunteers, distributions of peak intensities of 168 characterized metabolites by GC-MS in 2,270 volunteers. We also released the quantified metabolome data from 1,493 volunteers by Biocrates LC-MS analysis. Moreover, information of metabolome data obtained from volunteers in repeat assessment survey and difference of metabolome during pregnancy in baseline assessment survey is firstly released.
