Research Alumni Education Prospective Students Current Students UTokyo FOCUS Access and Campus Maps Contact Make a donation 日本語 中文 한국어 Compliance Hotline Home > Compliance Hotline 日本語 ◆ About the Compliance Hotline　【日本語】　      The Compliance Hotline allows you to report incidents which relate to violations and possible violations of University rules or laws based on the University of Tokyo Basic Rules on Compliance (hereinafter “Basic Rules”) and The University of Tokyo Detailed Rules on the Operation of the Compliance Hotline and Investigation of Compliance Irregularities etc. (hereinafter “Detailed Rules”).      This hotline also serves as a contact point for whistleblowers based on “Whistleblower Protection Act” and answers questions regarding process of reporting.   Who Can Use the Compliance Hotline? Reporter Protection Relevant Rules How Can I Report? Who Can Use the Compliance Hotline? (1) Members etc. of the University (2) Those who were academic and administrative staff within one year prior to the date of reporting (Article 12 of the Basic Rules)  Top Reporter Protection The University of Tokyo protects reporters from retaliation as a result of reporting compliance irregularities. (Article 19 of the Basic Rules) Please note that reporters are required to report in good faith and not for slander or any other inappropriate purposes. Ltd. to ensure confidentiality. You can choose one of the three methods provided below to report an irregularity through Dial Service.
