In addition, if all campuses are closed or all classes are cancelled for any reason, the library will be closed temporarily. Suspension of Public Transportation Services The library will be closed if any of the following conditions apply. Please refer to “1. Train and Bus Services” below. After reopening the train and bus services, the Library will decide when to open based on the time of reopening the service. Please refer to “2. Time of Reopening the Service and Library Hours” below. In case of temporary interruptions of the following train and bus services due to an accident, the library will be open as usual. 1. Train and Bus Services The library will be closed if any of the following conditions (1) to (3) apply. ≪ Imadegawa Library (Neiseikan) ≫ (1) When both Kyoto City Bus and Subway services are suspended in all service areas at the same time (2) When two or more of the following train services A to D are suspended at the same time (in all or part of the service areas) Train Services  A Hankyu Railway Kyoto-Kawaramachi － Osaka-Umeda  B Keihan Railway Demachi-yanagi－Yodoyabashi  C Kintetsu Railway  Kyoto－Yamato-saidaiji－Osaka-Namba  D JR Kobe－Maibara ≪ Learned Memorial Library ≫ (1) When both Kyoto City Bus and Subway services are suspended in all service areas at the same time (2) When Kintetsu Railway ( Kyoto－Yamato-saidaiji ) service is suspended in all service areas (3) When two or more of the following train services A to E are suspended at the same time (in all or part of the service areas) Train Services  A Hankyu Railway Kyoto-Kawaramachi － Osaka-Umeda  B Keihan Railway Demachi-yanagi－Yodoyabashi  C Kintetsu Railway Kyoto－Yamato-saidaiji－Osaka-Namba  D JR   Kobe－Maibara  E JR  Kizu－Kyobashi 2. If the service is reopened by 6:30a.m., the library will be open as usual. 【Monday-Friday】 Time of Reopening the Service Library Hours After 6:31 a.m. Open in 150 minutes after reopening the service Not open earlier than usual After 3:56 p.m. Closed all day 【Saturday (Semester Period)】 Time of Reopening the Service Library Hours After 6:31 a.m. Open in 150 minutes after reopening the service Not open earlier than usual After 12:31 p.m. Learned Memorial Library is closed all day After 3:56 p.m. Imadegawa Library (Neiseikan) is closed all day 【Saturday (Non-Semester Period) & SundaySaturday】 Time of Reopening the Service Library Hours After 6:31 a.m. Open in 150 minutes after reopening the service Not open earlier than usual After 12:31 p.m. Closed all day Issuance of Storm Warning / Emergency Warning If a storm warning or an emergency warning is issued for any of the municipalities in the following areas classified Prefecture / Area 1 / Area jointed municipalities / Area 2 by Japan Meteorological Agency, the Library will be closed. Please refer to “1. Areas and Municipalities”. After cancellation of the warning, the Library will confirm the safety and decide when to open based on the time of cancellation of the warning as listed below. Please refer to “2. Time of Cancellation of the Warning and Library Hours” below. However, even after that, the library hours may be subject to change depending on the situation. 1.
